Within 50 m, you know it's there: You won't see who left it, what it says, or exactly where it is.
Within 2 m, you can unlock it: If your location isn't precise enough, the app asks you to try again instead of widening the radius. Memories on different floors stay separate.
Only for mutual friends: No public feed and no suggestions from strangers. Remove or block someone, and they lose access to your memories right away.
Read once, no more reminders: You won't be reminded about a memory you've already read, but it stays on your timeline.
